Trouble logging in?

Are you trying to use Bucky Box from a free wifi spot, such as a coffee shop, restaurant, sandwich shop, etc? These places often have restrictions on the types of websites you can use, or have unwritten time limits that may end your session early. Bucky Box is optimised for Chrome or Firefox, but should also support the latest version of most other browsers. Try a different browser than the one you are using. Do you have the same problem? If not, you may want to clear your cache in the original browser. Set your browser to accept cookies - this is necessary to store settings. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so check that Caps Lock is turned off. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your username or password in the login screen. If you forgot your username or password, click the links at the bottom of the login screen for "forgot username" or "forgot password." Bucky Box will reset your information, and send you email notifications with new login info.
